Wishing You a Wonderful Thanksgiving

I hope that you will be able to be with family and friends for Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving has always been an important holiday in my family, when I was growing up with my two sisters, when my parents were still alive and hosting big gatherings for our three families, and now with our own growing family.

We’re grateful that our daughter, her husband, our granddaughter, and our youngest son and his wife will be with us for Thanksgiving dinner. Our oldest son will be traveling with his fiancé to be with her family.

Stepping back from our country’s many problems, and taking the long view, we live in a remarkable time that would have been unimaginable just a generation or two ago. There’s much for which to be thankful.

And thank you for reading Win-Win Democracy. I’ll resume the usual first and third Saturday morning publishing schedule in December.
